In October and the first week of November, we've been learning about Place Value. A favorite game in this unit was "I Spy" - its kind of like a guessing game. Also in math, we just learned "Freckle"- an iPad program. We read many books by Kevin Henkes this week. He makes different characters that are mice. In Wemberly Worried, Wemberly worries about EVERYTHING! In writing, we got our Printing Power packets. We are writing personal narratives. We only have a couple days left to finish them. It's still snowing now - we are supposed to get more by tomorrow, 3-4" I think. At the book fair, there we a lot of cool books. The Coco Family Movie is tonight and the book fair is open from 5:30-8 p.m.
